The British Grand Prix, traditionally a highlight on the calendar, turned into a major disappointment for Williams. On home turf, the team hoped for a strong showing, but reality fell short of expectations.
The race weekend at Silverstone raised more questions than answers, particularly regarding the recently introduced upgrade package. High hopes were dashed as on-track performance disappointed, triggering uncertainty.
Team principal James Vowles has now stated that the team is working hard internally to address these issues. He promises a thorough review and a fresh start for the upcoming Belgian Grand Prix.
Vowles expressed the ambition to "come back with renewed energy" at Spa-Francorchamps. The Grove-based squad is fully focused on regaining form after the challenges encountered at their home race.
