Verstappen Gains from Penalty, but Red Bull Struggles with Unexplained Issues

Following a qualifying session in which Max Verstappen initially claimed fifth on the grid, the Dutchman will start the upcoming Grand Prix from fourth after all. This shift comes as the direct result of a grid penalty handed to one of his rivals, handing the Red Bull driver a minor stroke of luck to move up one place on the grid.
