Aston Martin is set to receive a major engine upgrade from Honda. The Japanese engine manufacturer announced that a revised power unit will make its debut at the Dutch Grand Prix on the Zandvoort circuit later this year, potentially delivering a significant boost to the British Formula 1 team.
Shintaro Orihara, Honda's chief engineer and trackside general manager, provided the indication during the preview for the Belgian Grand Prix. He explicitly stated that after the race at Spa, there were 'two races' remaining on the calendar before the new engine would be introduced, pointing directly to the Dutch race weekend.
