Crawford gets another FP1 chance with Aston Martin in Belgium
Jak Crawford will step back into the Aston Martin AMR24 for a free practice session, this time during the Belgian Grand Prix at Spa-Francorchamps.

Aston Martin has confirmed that Jak Crawford will get behind the wheel of the AMR24 during the first free practice session for the Belgian Grand Prix. This will mark the American driver's third official FP1 session for the team.
This session at Spa-Francorchamps represents a new opportunity for Crawford as well as the third rookie practice session organized by Aston Martin this season. Teams are required to run young drivers at least twice during a Grand Prix weekend.
Crawford has already gained experience in the current generation of Formula 1 cars. He took part in free practice sessions in Canada and the United Kingdom earlier this year, logging valuable mileage for the team.
For the young driver, this offers a valuable opportunity to continue his development in a Formula 1 car at a historic circuit. In turn, the team can gather additional data and assess the progress of their junior program.
