Formula 1 has decided not to go ahead with the planned Bahrain Grand Prix in October. This removes a fixture from the autumn calendar.
Organisers are now fully focused on finding suitable alternatives to complete the season. Various venues are being considered internally to fill the vacant slot.
Cancelling a race requires a flexible approach from teams and logistical planning. Filling this slot is of major importance to the overall structure of the calendar.
