Lewis Hamilton is standing firm on his striking decision to bypass Ferrari's Formula 1 simulator. The British driver had already set the tool aside ahead of the Canadian Grand Prix back in May.

At the time, Hamilton explained that the simulation failed to correlate sufficiently with real-world track conditions, making effective preparation impossible in his view.

However, this unorthodox route has proven to be no hindrance—on the contrary, the seven-time world champion maintains it has actually helped him immensely.

Hamilton is therefore determined to stick with this approach, fully convinced of its positive impact on his track performance.
